Privacy Policy
Corridor Legends · Last updated:
This Privacy Policy explains how Lizard Touch Technology ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use Corridor Legends (the "Game") on Android or iOS and its related online game services.
1. Guest Accounts and Online Connections
You do not need to provide an email address or create a password to play. When the Game connects to our online services, including background connections from the menu, it creates or accesses a guest account using a randomly generated identifier saved on your device. The server assigns an account ID. Your account also has a player name, which you can change in the Game. These identifiers allow us to recognize your account and keep its online progress between sessions. They are not your device's advertising ID.
A guest account is not the same as an anonymous account: its identifiers, player name, activity, and connection information can be linked together. Local play against the AI or on one device does not require a live multiplayer match, but menu connections and advertising may still involve the data processing described here.
2. Information the Game Handles
- Account and profile information: your guest identifier, account ID, player name, account activity, and connection or online status.
- Game activity and progress: selected fighters and arenas, match participation, moves and weapon actions, results, points, ratings, wins, losses, games played, and win streaks.
- Social features: friend relationships, friend requests, private-room codes, game invitations, and related notifications. Adding a friend uses game player names and does not require access to your device's address book.
- Invite rewards and unlocks: invite codes, the account that referred a player, claim and qualification status, relevant timestamps, reward credits, unlocked content, and records used to verify qualifying matches. Verification records can include a match ID, its duration, and the number of accepted actions by each player.
- Technical information: network information such as IP addresses, connection errors, service logs, and performance information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Game.
- Local preferences: audio, music, graphics, fighter and arena choices, first-open invite status, cached unlock progress, and information used to manage ad timing and privacy choices.
- Advertising information: information processed by Google and its advertising partners, as explained in section 5.
- Support correspondence: your email address and anything you choose to include when you contact us.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Recognize guest accounts and maintain their preferences and progress.
- Find opponents, run and reconnect matches, and validate game actions.
- Provide friends, invitations, player profiles, and leaderboards.
- Verify invite rewards, prevent duplicate or abusive claims, and manage content unlocks.
- Display and measure advertising and respect applicable privacy choices.
- Monitor reliability, investigate technical problems, protect the service, and answer support requests.
- Respond to legal requirements that apply to us.
4. Information Visible to Other Players
Your player name, ranking, scores, and profile statistics may be visible to other players through profiles and leaderboards. Opponents receive the information needed to play a shared match, including your chosen fighter, actions, and connection status. Friends can see your player name and online status. The service also uses account identifiers to distinguish players.
Sharing an invite or room code allows someone to use it for its intended game feature. Invite rewards require the server to associate the inviter and invited accounts and verify qualifying play. Choose a player name you are comfortable displaying to others, and avoid including sensitive information in it.
5. Google AdMob and Advertising Choices
The Game uses Google AdMob for full-screen interstitial ads after a match's finishing pose and app-open ads during eligible loading or foreground transitions. Advertising availability can vary.
Google's advertising SDKs may process IP addresses and the approximate location inferred from them; advertising, app-scoped, or other device identifiers; device and app information; ad impressions and interactions; and diagnostic or performance information. Google and its advertising partners use advertising data to deliver and measure ads, improve their services, and detect fraud. Ad personalization depends on consent, settings, eligibility, and applicable requirements.
The Game uses Google's User Messaging Platform to obtain current consent information and present applicable privacy messages before requesting ads. Where Google requires a privacy-options entry point, you can review or change your choices through Settings → Ad Privacy. Declining personalization does not necessarily remove all ads; limited or non-personalized advertising may remain available.
You can also use your device's advertising-privacy controls and Google's My Ad Center. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services. Third-party advertising data is subject to those providers' practices and retention policies.
6. Local Storage and Server Storage
The Game saves identifiers, preferences, privacy choices, and cached progress in its private app storage. Our game servers store account, multiplayer, social, leaderboard, referral, and ownership records.
Clearing app data or uninstalling can remove locally saved settings and the identifier used to access a guest account. Depending on device backup and restore behavior, some local data may be restored later. Removing local data does not itself delete server-side account records, and may make it harder to recover your previous account or unlocks.
7. When Information Is Shared
Information may be disclosed to:
- Other players as described in section 4.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that help operate and secure our game services.
- Google and its advertising partners for the advertising and consent functions described in section 5.
- Authorities or other recipients where disclosure is required by law or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or threats to the service or its users.
Advertising-related disclosures may be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Your applicable advertising choices are described in section 5. This policy does not describe every practice of an advertiser's website or app that you choose to open; review that provider's policy when you leave the Game.
8. Data Retention
Local information remains in app storage until it is changed or removed by you, the Game, or your operating system. We retain server-side account and progress records to maintain the service and its unlocks, handle requests, investigate abuse, and meet applicable legal requirements. The current service does not automatically delete an account simply because the Game is uninstalled or has not been used recently.
You can request deletion using the contact details below. The information that must be retained, and for how long, can depend on the request and applicable requirements. Backup copies may remain until they are rotated or removed. Data held by Google and other providers is retained according to their own policies.
9. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; and withdraw consent where processing depends on it. You may also be able to complain to your local data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of processing carried out before that withdrawal.
To ask about or request deletion of your Game account or data, email alhadara@gmail.com with the subject Corridor Legends privacy request. Include your player name and, if available, your Game account ID or invite code so we can locate the relevant account. We may need additional information to verify that a request relates to your account. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, payment details, or identity documents unless we specifically explain why additional verification is needed.
There is currently no in-game account-deletion button. Uninstalling alone is not an account-deletion request. We will review requests in accordance with applicable requirements and explain any relevant limitations.
10. Children's Privacy
The Game includes online interactions and third-party advertising. Parents and guardians should consider these features when supervising a child's use. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us so we can review the information and take appropriate action, including deletion where required. Please avoid sending unnecessary information about a child in your initial message.
11. International Processing
Our infrastructure and third-party providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Data-protection rules can differ between countries. Google's international processing practices are explained in its Privacy Policy. You can contact us for more information about processing related to our own game services.
12. Security
The Game connects to our production game services using encrypted HTTPS/WSS connections. We use access controls and operational safeguards to protect service information. Device storage also depends on the protections provided by your device and operating system. No system or transmission method can guarantee complete security.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the Game or its data practices change. We will post the revised policy at this address and update the date above. Where additional notice or consent is required, we will provide it as applicable.
